At Right Element, our subscription program is designed to provide convenient and uninterrupted delivery of your wellness products.
Subscription Enrollment
When you select a subscription option at checkout, you agree to enroll in an automatic recurring delivery service. Your selected product will be shipped according to the delivery schedule you choose (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).
Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers have full control over their subscription and may manage it anytime through their customer account.

• Pause your subscription
• Skip upcoming shipments
• Change delivery frequency
• Update billing information
• Cancel your subscription
Customer Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for activating their account and managing their subscription preferences before the next billing date.
If a customer forgets to cancel or update their subscription before the order is processed, the order will proceed as scheduled.
Order Processing
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customers may still return eligible products according to our refund policy.
Refund Policy

To receive a refund, products must be returned unopened according to the return guidelines listed in the refund policy.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Right Element encourages customers to contact our support team directly if they have any concerns about their order or subscription.
Because subscriptions can be fully managed through the customer account dashboard, filing a chargeback without contacting our support team first may delay resolution of the issue.
If a chargeback is filed, Right Element reserves the right to provide the banking institution with all relevant documentation, including:
• Order confirmation
• Subscription agreement
• Delivery confirmation
• Customer communications
• Refund policy
These documents help verify that the transaction was authorized and fulfilled according to our policies.
