Right Element is committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. All shipments are processed using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS, which provide tracking numbers for every order. Once a package has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Right Element is no longer responsible for the item. We encourage customers to monitor their tracking information and check with their local carrier or delivery location if a package is marked as delivered but not received. If you believe your package was stolen or lost after delivery, please contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
