Terms and Conditions for Submitting Review Video

Thank you for your interest in submitting a review video to Right Element LLC (“Company”). By submitting your review video (“Video”) to us, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a Video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a Video. By submitting a Video, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
3. Grant of Rights
By submitting a Video, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the Video in any media formats and through any media channels, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and marketing materials.
4. Representations and Warranties
By submitting a Video, you represent and warrant that: a. You are the sole creator and owner of the Video and have the full right and authority to grant the rights granted herein. b. The Video does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any person or entity. c. The Video does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content. d. You have obtained any necessary permissions, releases, and consents from any individuals who appear in the Video.
5. Compensation
You acknowledge and agree that you will receive one bottle of the Right Element Supplement of your choice for the submission of the Video ( if approved by our Team) or for the Company’s use of the Video as described in these Terms.
6. Use of Video
The Company reserves the right to decide, in its sole discretion, whether to use, edit, or not use the submitted Video. The Company is not obligated to use any Video submitted by you.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to the submission of the Video and the Company’s use of the Video as permitted herein.
8. Privacy
The Company will collect, use, and disclose any personal information submitted with the Video in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the revised Terms. Your continued submission of Videos after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
