How to Use Your Quartz Roller
Forehead
Place the roller in the center of your forehead near the hairline. Gently roll outward toward your temples. Repeat 5 times on each side.
Under-Eye Area
Use the smaller end of the roller. Starting at the inner corner beneath your eye, gently roll outward toward your ear. Repeat 5 times on each side.
Cheeks
Start beside your nose and roll outward toward your ears. Repeat 5 times on each side.
Lips & Chin
Begin at the center of your upper lip and the center of your chin, then roll outward toward your ears. Repeat 5 times on each side.
Pro Tip: Store your quartz roller in the refrigerator for an extra cooling and refreshing experience.
How to Use Your Gua Sha Face Massager
For best results, apply a facial oil or serum before using your Gua Sha. Hold the tool at a 15–45° angle against your skin and use gentle pressure.
Step 1 – Neck
Starting at the base of your neck, glide the Gua Sha upward toward your jawline using slow, gentle strokes.
Step 2 – Jawline & Chin
Glide from the center of your chin along your jawline toward your ears.
Step 3 – Cheeks
Starting beside your nose, sweep outward across your cheeks toward your ears.
Step 4 – Under Eyes
Using very light pressure, glide from the inner corner of the under-eye area outward toward your temples.
Step 5 – Eyebrows
Glide across your eyebrows from the center outward.
Step 6 – Forehead
Begin between your eyebrows and sweep upward toward your hairline. Repeat across the forehead.
Recommended Use: 5–10 minutes daily, 3–5 times per week, or as desired.
Note: Use gentle pressure at all times. If you experience discomfort, reduce the pressure or discontinue use. Clean your roller and Gua Sha after each use with mild soap and water.
